Turkana Gear Expert Program
Turkana Gear products have been built and improved with the incredible generous feedback of our team, old trip buddies, dealers, and also from dedicated passionate advmoto riders and overlanders like YOU!
We work extensively with motorcycle gurus who turned their love of motorcycling into their profession. The Turkana Gear Expert Program is our way of getting feedback and identifying new opportunities from the riders who are using our gear on a daily basis. In return, we offer an Expert Program Discount as our small way to show gratitude and say thank you for helping us improve our products and brand.
Who is eligible?
The Turkana Gear Expert Program is reserved for individuals that are working in the motorcycle industry as self-employed professionals or employees, like tour guides, sales personnel, mechanics, and anyone that is an employee of a Turkana Gear Retail Partner.
Membership is by application, is not guaranteed, and is subject to our Expert Program policies as amended from time to time. All applications require current documentation to be considered for approval. Our response time may vary depending on the time of year. Turkana Gear reserves the right to accept or deny new membership and/or renewal at its sole discretion.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept individuals with part-time positions, seasonal workers, or volunteers. The program is limited to full-time employment or at least 0.8 FTE. European applicants in part-time positions can apply due to their unique contract employment agreements.
The Expert Program is not for Influencers and or sponsorship seekers.
Turkana Gear Expert Program Policy.
Remember that you are not only trying to show your need for our gear to do your job but also that you will be a great marketing and public relations asset and ambassador to our company and our retail dealers.
Purchases through the Expert Program are for your personal use only. You may not place orders for family members, friends, or co-workers through your Expert account.
Your Expert Program Discount is strictly confidential. Please do not discuss your discount and pricing with anyone.
Products obtained through your Expert Program account may not be resold under any circumstance.
The Expert Program discount is taken off the original retail price and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Products purchased with your Expert Program account carry our standard warranty, return and other policies. Shipping is for your account.
Membership in the Expert Program is for qualified applicants only and can be revoked at any time.
Your Expert Program account has no limit for purchases but can be capped if we suspect you are not following our policy guidelines.
All members are required to renew their Expert Program membership once each year, which will include sending proof that they are still working in the motorcycle industry.
Products obtained through your Expert Program account are covered under the Turkana Lifetime Guarantee. As a motorcycle professional, the demands put on your gear may limit what is considered the practical lifetime. Damage due to wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy. Cases can be looked at individually if need be.
Expert Program account is a privilege and not a right. Abuse of any of the above policies will result in permanent removal from the program.
